As a society, we have a case of the "shoulds." And when you have a case of the shoulds, you end up "shoulding" all over yourself and everyone else around you.
Thinking that you "should" be doing something different is just rejecting the perfection of the present moment exactly as it is. "Shoulds" are making you sick, and that rumbling in your tummy confuses you with your gut feelings and intuition that's reminding you you're perfect exactly as you are.
